TAEKWONDO
We practise and teach the traditional Korean martial art of Taekwondo, which translates to "the way of the hand and foot." Taekwondo will improve your flexibility and fitness levels, teach you vital self defence techniques and help strengthen muscles and joints.
KICKBOXING
If you want to tone up, build strength, lose weight, learn a self defence, boost your fitness levels and look great, then Kendojo kickboxing classes are for you!
LITTLE DRAGONS
These classes involve the introduction of general martial arts skills through games and fun activities. They also learn basic self defence skills, balance, co ordination, and basic techniques from Taekwondo, Kickboxing, and other martial arts.
